Dan is WZC Sint Antonius te Grembergen op zoek naar jou. WZC Sint-Antonius maakt deel uit van een dynamische groep van ouderenvoorzieningen: de vzw Zorg-Saam Zusters Kindsheid Jesu.

Meer dan 1600 deskundige medewerkers en geëngageerde vrijwilligers maken werk van hun kernopdracht: de zorg gecombineerd op de behoefte van de bewoner. We doen dit door een moderne, kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan te bieden aan 2000 ouderen.

WZC Sint-Antonius is een woonzorgcentrum met 148 woongelegenheden, inclusief 6 kamers kortverblijf. Met een 130 tal enthousiaste medewerkers die wij dagelijkse zorg aan verschillende doelgroepen geven: zorgbehoevend ouderen, ouderen met dementie, ouderen met nood aan palliatieve zorgen, patiënten met MS (10).

Kwaliteit staat voor ons voor:

· zorg op maat van de bewoner

· voortdurende verbetering zonder compromissen

· betrokkenheid van de bewoners, hun familie én van de medewerkers.

· Persoonsgerichte zorg in verbinding

Wil je als medewerker niet meedoen aan de betutteling en bandwerkzorg van SENIOREN, dan ben je van harte welkom!

Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar krijgt ook energie van werken in een multidisciplinair en zelforganiserend team.
