Von mobiler Hauskrankenpflege und mobiler Heimhilfe über Seniorenpflegeheime bis hin zu Jugendarbeit, Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen und Tageseltern. Rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter_innen begleiten Menschen aller Generationen im Alltag - kompetent, verlässlich und mit großem Engagement. 1 Mobile DGKP / DGKP (BSc) für Hauskrankenpflege Salzburg Stadt Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP oder Studium Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (BSc)

* Bereitschaft zu mobilen Einsätzen in der Region und Führerschein B

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit pflegerischen Standards sowie digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung und Verantwortung für medizinisch-pflegerische Maßnahmen gemäß GuKG

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Kund_innen im Rahmen einer 1:1 Betreuung im häuslichen Umfeld

* Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie fachgerechte Dokumentation

* Förderung des Wohlbefindens und Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen

* Aktive Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit An- und Zugehörigen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und enge Abstimmung im Team

* Anstellung in Teilzeit im Ausmaß von 25,90 bis 33,30 Wochenstunden

Gehaltsangaben:

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Kollektivvertrages der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich in der VWG 7. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 3.593,73 (inkl. SEG Zulage und EEZG). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich aus den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
