Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je precies als ... Mobile Payroll Advisor Vlaams-Brabant/Limburg

Als Mobile Payroll Advisor spring je in bij payrollteams in verschillende Acerta-kantoren in Vlaanderen, bijvoorbeeld bij langdurige ziekte of zwangerschap van een collega. We zetten je zoveel mogelijk regionaal in, met een focus op Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg, maar afhankelijk van de noden kan je ook tijdelijk in een ander Vlaams kantoor terechtkomen.

Je hebt geen eigen vaste klantenportefeuille, maar neemt tijdelijk dossiers over waar de nood het hoogst is. Je maandplanning kan variëren van meerdere kantoren per week tot een opdracht van enkele maanden op dezelfde locatie. Daarbij houden we zoveel mogelijk rekening met je woonplaats.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt hen bij loontechnische en sociaal-juridische vragen.
  • Je beoordeelt aangeleverde loongegevens kritisch, vult ze aan of corrigeert ze en koppelt wijzigingen terug met een oplossingsvoorstel.
  • Je volgt de aangifteprocessen rond loonverwerking op en zoekt oplossingen voor fouten in DMFA, ASR, DIMONA en fiscale aangiften.
  • Je verzorgt de personeelsadministratie, zoals dossiercontroles, vakantieattesten, bruto-nettosimulaties, loonberekeningen, vakantiegeld en nieuwe vestigingen.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van Acerta-tools en bij de overstap naar een nieuw loonprogramma.

  • Je beschikt over payrollervaring, ervaring binnen een sociaal secretariaat is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent flexibel, mobiel en past je snel aan verschillende kantoren, teams, klanten en systemen aan.
  • Je communiceert klantgericht, maakt complexe materie begrijpelijk en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, positief ingesteld, proactief en werkt graag samen om resultaten te behalen.
