In Salzburg unterstützen wir rund 8.800 Kundinnen und Kunden mit Dienstleistungen aus den Bereichen Pflege, Soziale Arbeit, Elementarpädagogik sowie und Jugend- und Freizeitpädagogik. Werden Sie Teil des Teams! 3 Mobile Pflegefachassistenten/-fachassistentinnen für Hauskrankenpflege Region Pinzgau Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung geplanter Pflege und medizinischer Basismaßnahmen gemäß GuKG

* Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie fachgerechte Dokumentation

* Förderung des Wohlbefindens und Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen

* Aktive Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit An- und Zugehörigen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und enge Abstimmung im Team

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistenz gemäß GuKG oder erfolgreiche Nostrifikation

* Bereitschaft zu mobilen Einsätzen in der Region und Führerschein B

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Sprachniveau mind. B2, wünschenswert C1

* Sicherer Umgang mit pflegerischen Standards sowie digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

Bezahlung:

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Kollektivvertrages der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich in der VWG 6. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 3.331,77 (inkl. SEG Zulage und EEZG). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich aus den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
