Ihre Aufgaben Leitung auf Zeit und Begleitung neuer Leitungen:

* Temporäre Übernahme der pädagogischen, personellen und organisatorischen Verantwortung von Einrichtungen bei Leitungsabwesenheit * Verantwortung für die professionelle Mitgestaltung und Begleitung von Leitungsübergängen * Verantwortung für die Begleitung neuer Leitungen in der Einstiegsphase: Förderung der Leitungen hinsichtlich Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und professionelle Kommunikation * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs und verlässlicher Strukturen während Übergangs- und Veränderungsphasen: Führung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Teams sowie lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Personal-, Konflikt- und Krisensituationen * Begleitung und Stärkung der Teams im pädagogischen und organisatorischen Alltag * Verantwortung für den verlässlichen Informations- und Kommunikationsfluss zwischen Rechtsträger, Mitarbeitenden und Eltern

Laufende Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung für alle Einrichtungsformen:

* Aktive fachliche Begleitung von Leitungen in allen Fragen der Organisation, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungseinrichtungen (KBBE) sowie schulischen Nachmittagsbetreuungseinrichtungen * Unterstützung der Leitung bei der Gestaltung bestmöglicher Rahmenbedingungen für Kinder und Mitarbeitende * Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Projekten und Entwicklungsprozessen

Ihr Profil Fachliche Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer BAfEP/BAKIP * Idealerweise zusätzlich fundiertes pädagogisches Fachwissen durch ein einschlägiges Studium, einen Hochschullehrgang oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung * Mind. 10 Jahre fundierte langjährige Leitungserfahrung und umfassende Praxiskenntnisse in Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungseinrichtungen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der schulischen Nachmittagsbetreuung. * Führerschein der Klasse B

Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz

* Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Entwicklung von Teams * Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung * Hohe Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Reflexionsfähigkeit * Souveräner Umgang mit Konflikten und herausfordernden Situationen * Empathie, Kooperationsfähigkeit und ein wertschätzendes Menschenbild

Persönliche und organisatorische Kompetenzen

* Hohe Mobilität und Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Einsatzorten * Flexibilität und Offenheit für unterschiedliche Einrichtungsformen, Teams und Führungssituationen in ganz Oberösterreich * Lernbereitschaft, Neugierde und Bereitschaft, neue Perspektiven einzubringen * Organisationstalent, gutes Zeitmanagement und sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse * Identifikation mit dem pädagogischen Auftrag der Kinderbildung- und -betreuung, der schulischen Nachmittagsbetreuung und dem pädagogischen Konzept der Familienzentren GmbH der OÖ Kinderfreunde
