Jouw doel is deze medewerkers succesvol te begeleiden naar een passende vervolgstap binnen of buiten de organisatie. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met lijnmanagement, P&O-teams en externe partijen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Plan van aanpak: Opstellen, uitvoeren en monitoren van een persoonlijk plan van aanpak per medewerker. - Begeleiding: Actieve coaching en ondersteuning van medewerkers in fase 2 en 3 (herplaatsing/boventalligheid). - Arbeidsmarktbewerking: Actief inzetten van netwerken en mogelijkheden om medewerkers naar ander werk te begeleiden. - Procesbewaking: Begeleiden van het volledige traject van werk naar werk en daarover periodiek rapporteren. Technieken, methoden en tools - Gespreksvoering - Dossierbegeleiding en -bewaking - Coaching en ondersteuning - Netwerken intern en extern Kennis en ervaring - Actuele kennis van wet- & regelgeving (WW, transitievergoeding, re-integratieverplichtingen) - Ervaring met HR-processen, matchingtools en talentmanagement - Ervaring met of bijdrage aan implementatie en gebruik van digitale mobiliteitsoplossingen Eisen: - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding gebied van P&O - Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring in een complexe (overheids) organisatie, 1250+ medewerkers - Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring op het vlak van arbeidsmobiliteit, herplaatsing, loopbaanadvies, van-werk-naar-werk-trajecten - Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring met loopbaancoaching en het voeren van coachingsgesprekken en daarmee in staat matches te maken met externe begeleiding Wensen: - U toont duidelijk aan op welke wijze de door u geleverde ...
