Bouw mee aan de mobiliteit van morgen

Mobiliteit verandert razendsnel. Elektrisch laden, slimme laadoplossingen, tankkaarten, laadpassen en digitale mobiliteitsdiensten winnen elke dag aan belang.

Daarom zoeken we een enthousiaste Mobility Administrator die klanten ondersteunt en mee vorm geeft aan de mobiliteit van de toekomst.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Mobility Administrator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat onze mobiliteitsdiensten vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Je combineert klantencontact met administratie en draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verwerkt aanvragen voor tankkaarten en laadpassen.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten via telefoon en e-mail en biedt heldere oplossingen op maat.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van digitale tools en mobiliteitsplatformen.
  • Je volgt administratieve processen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens.
  • Je werkt mee aan nieuwe mobiliteitsprojecten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met collega's, klanten en externe partners om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.

Kortom: je speelt een belangrijke rol in een snel evoluerende sector waar service, innovatie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen klanten iedere dag rekenen op zorgeloze mobiliteit.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van klanten helpen en graag structuur brengt in administratieve processen.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
  • ben je digitaal sterk en leer je snel nieuwe toepassingen kennen
  • neem je initiatief en denk je oplossingsgericht
  • heb je interesse in mobiliteit, elektrische voertuigen en nieuwe technologieën
  • werk je graag samen in een team, maar kan je ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid nemen
