Als modelleur bouw zorg jij dat elk bouwkundig ontwerp tot in de puntjes is uitgewerkt voordat er iets wordt gerealiseerd. Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Voor een vooraanstaand bouwbedrijf, actief op en rond Schiphol, zijn wij op zoek naar een modelleur bouw. Het gaat om een organisatie die werkt aan de modernisering en verbetering van de luchthaven, met uiteenlopende en uitdagende projecten zoals de renovatie van bagagehallen. De vestiging groeit snel en investeert in duurzame innovatie. Je komt terecht in het Engineering-team binnen de afdeling Projecten, waar je nauw samenwerkt met ontwerpleiders, engineers en BIM-coördinatoren. Functie-informatie Als modelleur bouw speel je een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van bouwkundige ontwerpen binnen multidisciplinaire projecten. Je vertaalt schetsontwerpen en technische specificaties naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen die als basis dienen voor het ontwerp. Je werkt onder andere aan renovaties, schadeherstel en meerjarenonderhoud. Je belangrijkste taken: - Het uitwerken van bouwkundige 3D-modellen in BIM-software (Revit) - Samenwerken met ontwerpteams om modellen op elkaar af te stemmen - Het opstellen van tekeningen en technische details op basis van de BIM-modellen - Zorgen voor nauwkeurige integratie van bouwkundige informatie met andere disciplines, zoals installatietechniek en constructie - Signaleren van knelpunten in het ontwerp en proactief oplossingen aandragen - Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van het BIM-proces en het gebruik van digitale tools binnen het team - Verwerken van documentatie en modeldata, met correcte administratie van technische informatie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en zorgt dat alle bouwkundige informatie corre...
