Modelleur Revit Vacaturebeschrijving Introductie Werk jij graag aan woningbouwprojecten? Als Revit modelleur werk je aan renovatie, verduurzaming en woningbouw in regio Amsterdam. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar technisch kloppende Revit-modellen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende bouwkundige disciplines. Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een middelgrote organisatie waar architectuur, bouwkunde en realisatie nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Binnen projecten wordt integraal samengewerkt met onder andere architecten, constructeurs, aannemers en leveranciers. Daardoor wordt al vroeg gekeken naar de technische uitvoerbaarheid en haalbaarheid van een ontwerp. De projecten liggen binnen de woningbouw, met een sterke focus op renovatie en verduurzaming. Daarbij spelen onderwerpen als toekomstbestendig wonen, duurzaamheid en de kwaliteit van de leefomgeving een belangrijke rol. Je werkt in een omgeving waar ontwerpen niet alleen mooi moeten zijn, maar vooral ook bouwkundig moeten kloppen en daadwerkelijk uitvoerbaar moeten zijn. Functieomschrijving Als Revit modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwkundig en technisch uitwerken van woningbouwprojecten in Revit. Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen worden vertaald naar nauwkeurige en bruikbare 3D-modellen waarmee het project verder kan richting technische uitwerking en realisatie. Je werkt aan zowel bestaande als nieuwe situaties binnen de woningbouw. Bij een renovatie- of verduurzamingsproject kan dat bijvoorbeeld betekenen dat je een bestaande situatie bouwkundig uitwerkt, wijzigingen verwerkt en controleert of verschillende onderdelen technisch goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij schakel je met collega's en andere disciplines wanneer informatie ontbreekt of wanneer onderdelen in het model niet met elkaar overeenkomen. Omdat projecten verschillen in omvang en fase, werk je niet voortdurend aan hetzelfde type model. Juist het schakelen tussen verschillende woningbouwprojecten...
