The posting

Introductie Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Rotterdam zijn we per direct op zoek naar een (interim) BIM Modelleur W installaties. Functie Als Modelleur W ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van werktuigbouwkundige ontwerpen in REVIT. Jij weet de aangereikte BIM modellen te optimaliseren waardoor het ontwerp efficiënter wordt. Door jouw vakinhoudelijke kennis, weet jij de vertaalslag te maken van techniek naar 3D. Je zorgt voor een juiste afstemming van de installaties met de verschillende andere disciplines. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - De opdrachten die jij als modelleur utiliteitsbouw voorgeschoteld krijgt kunnen scholen, kantoorpanden of zorginstellingen zijn; - Van de eerste schets maak je gedetailleerde tekeningen in BIM-modellen; - Deze tekeningen zijn uiteenlopend van aard: bestektekeningen, plattegronden en werktekeningen; - Je spart veel met collega's uit je BIM-team. Je hebt ook veel contact met bijvoorbeeld projectleiders en constructeurs; - Je overlegt en stemt af, maar je werkt zelfstandig; - Controleert en toetst uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, tekenwerk en bouwtechnische details aan interne en externe kwaliteitstandaarden, Bouwbesluit en andere norm- en regelgeving. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde technische mbo niveau 4 opleiding met bij voorkeur een MIT-W, HIT-W of aanvullende TVVL opleidingen; - Je bent een echte teamspeler, samen bereik je meer dan alleen; - Ervaring in het modelleren in Revit; - Je kijkt naar creatieve oplossingen; Aanbod - Een marktconform salaris dat wordt vastgesteld volgens de ABU CAO, gebaseerd op jouw ervaring en kwalificaties. - Ruime vakantiedagen conform de ABU CAO, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om te ontspannen en op te laden. - Vergoeding voor feestdagen conform de ABU CAO, zodat je kunt genieten van speciale dagen met je dierbaren. - Deelname aan een solide pensioenregeling volgens de StiPP regeling, waarbij we samen zorgen voor jouw financiële toekomst. - Mogeli...
