Jouw werkdag Wij zijn voor Digital Survival Company in Nieuwegein op zoek naar een Medior Modern Workplace Engineer die graag complexe technische vraagstukken oplost, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van afwisselende klantomgevingen. Je werkt aan incidenten, changes en verbeteringen voor verschillende klanten binnen onder andere de overheid en het bedrijfsleven. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen en te sparren met ervaren collega's. Wat ga je doen? Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe werkplekproblemen; - Uitvoeren van changes binnen Microsoft-omgevingen; - Onderzoeken van terugkerende verstoringen en aandragen van structurele oplossingen; - Uitvoeren van impact- en risicoanalyses; - Overleggen met klanten en afstemmen met interne teams; - Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening; - Meedenken over technische en procesmatige verbeteringen. Dit neem je mee Je komt terecht in een technisch sterk team waarin je veel kunt leren van ervaren engineers, maar tegelijkertijd de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. De klantomgevingen verschillen sterk van elkaar. Je werkt daardoor niet binnen één standaardomgeving, maar krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken rondom Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID en moderne werkplekomgevingen. Niet alles ligt vooraf vast. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen, jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen en regelmatig vraagstukken op te pakken die je nog niet eerder bent tegengekomen.
