Een gezonde mond draagt bij aan een beter herstel en meer comfort voor onze patiënten. Daarom zet Klina in op een kwaliteitsvol en ziekenhuisbreed mondzorgbeleid.

Als mondhygiënist krijg je de kans om deze functie mee vorm te geven. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een ziekenhuisbreed mondzorgbeleid. Daarnaast ondersteun je zorgverleners bij het aanbieden van kwalitatieve en evidence-based mondzorg. Stap voor stap bouw je ook een consultatieve rol uit binnen de patiëntenzorg

In deze functie:

  • geef je mee vorm aan een ziekenhuisbreed mondzorgbeleid
  • ontwikkel je richtlijnen, procedures en praktische tools voor kwaliteitsvolle mondzorg
  • ondersteun en coach je zorgverleners in de dagelijkse mondzorg
  • ontwikkel en geef je opleidingen en praktijkgerichte vormingen
  • adviseer je zorgteams bij complexe mondzorgvragen
  • voer je mondscreenings uit en stel je preventieve mondzorgplannen op
  • begeleid je kwetsbare patiënten met preventieve mondzorg en behandelingen binnen jouw wettelijke bevoegdheden
  • werk je multidisciplinair samen om mondzorg optimaal te integreren in het zorgtraject
  • signaleer je verbeterkansen en draag je bij aan de verdere uitbouw van kwaliteitsvolle mondzorg binnen Klina

Je zet jouw expertise in voor patiënten met complexe zorgnoden. Waaronder geriatrische patiënten, oncologische patiënten, patiënten op intensieve zorgen, patiënten met slikstoornissen, kwetsbare chirurgische patiënten en patiënten met een langdurige hospitalisatie.

  • je zet de patiënt steeds centraal in jouw handelen
  • je werkt graag samen in een multidisciplinair team
  • je neemt initiatief en denkt mee na over kwaliteitsvolle zorg
  • je deelt jouw kennis en enthousiasme met collega's
  • je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
