OBJETIVO DEL ROL

El objetivo del puesto es realizar el montaje e instalación de mamparas para oficinas y espacios de trabajo, asegurando terminaciones de calidad y una correcta adaptación a cada proyecto. Participa en la instalación de estructuras de aluminio y mamparas, trabajando en coordinación con el equipo técnico y de obra para garantizar entregas eficientes y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.

Además de las tareas operativas, según la demanda del proyecto, la persona también podrá asumir funciones de coordinación de equipos, contacto con clientes y gestión con proveedores, colaborando en la correcta planificación y ejecución de los trabajos

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

Lectura e interpretación de planos.

Montaje e instalación de mamparas y estructuras de aluminio para oficinas.

Verificación de medidas y ajuste de materiales en obra.

Contacto con clientes y proveedores según las necesidades de cada instalación.

Apoyo en la coordinación de equipos de trabajo cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

REQUISITOS DEL ROL

+5 años de experiencia en roles similares.

Priorizamos experiencia práctica sobre títulos/certificaciones.

Disponibilidad para trabajar los sábados o horas extras según necesitad.

Disponibilidad para viajar fuera de Barcelona.

Cursos de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) (Deseable)

FIT CULTURAL

Además de los conocimientos técnicos, será fundamental contar con habilidades blandas, especialmente para el trabajo en equipo, la coordinación de tareas y la comunicación con clientes y proveedores. Se valorará la capacidad de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y organización para acompañar el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos.
