Ben jij een handige aanpakker met technisch inzicht en werk je graag in een productie- of montageomgeving? Dan is deze functie als montagemedewerker, monteur, assemblagemedewerker of productiemedewerker montage misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als montagemedewerker sta je in voor het correct assembleren en afwerken van industriële panelen en constructies. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens planning en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect gemonteerd wordt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden en materialen
  • Aftekenen en correct positioneren van panelen
  • Gaten boren en onderdelen monteren
  • Panelen opheffen en verplaatsen met de rolbrug
  • Schroeven en vijzen vastzetten met een vijsmachine
  • Schuren en ontvetten van onderdelen voor verdere afwerking
  • Ondersteunen bij lijm- en montagewerken
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van het uitgevoerde werk
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen het montageteam

Je begrijpt het belang van een goede voorbereiding. Wanneer het lijmproces start, moet alles correct uitgevoerd worden. Fouten kunnen ervoor zorgen dat onderdelen opnieuw geschuurd en herwerkt moeten worden. Daarom werk je steeds zorgvuldig, georganiseerd en met oog voor detail.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde montagearbeider, technisch medewerker of assemblagemonteur die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Jij bent:

  • Technisch aangelegd en handig met gereedschap
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om onder tijdsdruk correct te werken
  • Een echte teamspeler met een positieve werkattitude
  • Iemand die zelfstandig zijn werk goed kan voorbereiden
  • Gemotiveerd om bij te leren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen

Vereisten:

  • Ervaring in montage, assemblage of productie is een pluspunt
  • Kunnen werken met een vijsmachine en boormachine
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is een meerwaarde
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Oog voor veiligheid, orde en netheid
