FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een praktische en gemotiveerde medewerker die houdt van techniek en werken met machines? Wil je deel uitmaken van een team in een dynamisch en innovatief bedrijf? Dan is de functie van montagemedewerker bij ons bedrijf in Zulte perfect voor jou!

Wat ga je doen als Montage Medewerker? In deze veelzijdige functie werk je met moderne machines en zorg je ervoor dat hang- en sluitwerk voor aluminium deuren en ramen correct wordt gemonteerd. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Werken aan de volautomatische riveermachine: Je plaatst alle losse onderdelen van het scharnier in de machine, die de montage voor zijn rekening neemt.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine perswerkjes: Je zorgt ervoor dat kleine onderdelen nauwkeurig worden gepersd.
  • Schroefmachines bedienen: Je draait vijzen in de onderdelen om alles stevig in elkaar te zetten.
  • Onderdelen invetten: Je zorgt ervoor dat de onderdelen goed geolied zijn voor een vlotte werking.
  • Verpakken van kleine stuks: Je verpakt de afgewerkte onderdelen op een nette en efficiënte manier.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om te garanderen dat de onderdelen voldoen aan de gestelde normen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag met machines.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met schroefmachines of andere handgereedschappen is een plus, maar geen vereiste – wij bieden opleiding!
  • Je hebt een positieve werkhouding en kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar je bent ook een teamspeler.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
