Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas mechaniek voer je onderhoud, montage en afstelling uit aan mechanische installaties op industriële locaties en stuur je tegelijk je team aan.

  • Je voert onderhoudswerken uit en coördineert de werken op de werf.
  • Je monteert en stelt mechanische installaties af, zoals machineonderdelen, productielijnen, aandrijfsystemen en transportbanden.
  • Je geeft technische instructies aan je team, verdeelt de taken en volgt dagelijks de voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk op.
  • Je controleert mechanische aansluitingen, passing en uitlijning en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels worden gevolgd.
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings, bespreekt risico’s en verbeterpunten en werkt zelf actief mee aan de technische taken.
  • Je past de planning aan als de werkomgeving of timing verandert en rapporteert elke dag de voortgang aan de projectleider.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van ploegbaas mechaniek heb je een technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring in mechanica en montage.

  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica en montage.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team van monteurs.
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies en communiceert goed met je team en met leidinggevenden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en volgt de afspraken rond kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent hands-on, flexibel en schakelt snel als er een probleem is of de situatie verandert.
