Montageleider Ben jij een ervaren organisator die graag het overzicht houdt op de bouwplaats? Als montageleider bij Van Ee Staalspecialisten zorg jij ervoor dat onze montage- en installatiewerkzaamheden op locatie soepel, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Je stuurt onze voorman monteurs en uitvoerder aan, houdt grip op meerdere projecten tegelijk en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen collega's, klanten en projectleiding. Van de voorbereiding en personeelsplanning tot de dagelijkse voortgang op locatie: jij weet wat er speelt. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd, lost problemen op en zorgt da t mensen, materialen en middelen zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet. Daarbij verlies je kwaliteit en veiligheid nooit uit het oog. Wat ga je doen Als montageleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal verloop van onze montage- en installatiewerkzaamheden op locatie. In de voorbereidingsfase stem je op detailniveau af met de projectleider. Je bespreekt de begrote uren en materialen, maakt een gedetailleerde planning en zorgt ervoor dat voldoende capaciteit beschikbaar is. Is extra capaciteit nodig? Dan regel je de inzet van externe arbeidskrachten. Tijdens de uitvoering geef je leiding aan een team van zo'n twaalf (voorman) monteurs, een flexibele schil van inleners en de uitvoerder. Je coördineert waar nodig de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op locatie. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is en lost ook complexere problemen op. Bij escalaties doe je dit in samenspraak met je leidinggevende. Daarnaast overleg je rechtstreeks met klanten over de werkzaamheden en adviseer je hen waar nodig. Je houdt meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd in het vizier. Je bent aanwezig bij teamvergaderingen op locaties waar onze monteurs werken en organiseert deze overleggen. Meer- en minderwerk signaleer je tijdig en geef je door aan de projectleider. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij Van Ee voorop. Daarom zie je toe op de naleving van onze kwaliteit...
