Met jouw expertise in luchtbehandelingstechniek vervul je een essentiële rol als verbindende schakel tussen de uitvoerder, monteurs, werkvoorbereiding en het magazijn. Jouw toewijding draagt bij aan de succesvolle uitvoering van onze prestigieuze projecten verspreid over heel Nederland. Voor onze locatie in Beverwijk zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Montageleider. Als montageleider bij Steboma controleer je de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden van de montageploegen en waarborgt de kwaliteit ervan. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en bespreekt eventuele knelpunten met collega's. Je bent actief betrokken bij het project, waarbij je regelmatig overleg hebt over de voortgang en eventuele aanpassingen. Daarnaast bewaak je zorgvuldig de montagebudgetten en houd je een overzichtelijke registratie bij van meer- en minderwerk. Ook zie je toe op de retourzendingen naar het magazijn. Aan het einde van de dag rapporteer je de voortgang aan de projectleider en zorg je ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen tijdig worden besteld door de werkvoorbereider. Jouw projecten: Jij werkt aan meerdere opdrachten tegelijkertijd. Voor welke projecten je precies aan de slag gaat, bepalen we in overleg.
