Bouw mee aan CLN Racking

Wie zijn we?

CLN Racking richt magazijnen in. We denken mee met de klant, tekenen de oplossing uit en zorgen dat alles correct gemonteerd wordt: palletstellingen, legbordstellingen, draagarmstellingen, platformen en maatwerk. Van een klein magazijn bij een KMO om de hoek tot grote distributiecentra van internationale bedrijven.

We zijn een ambitieuze KMO. We zoeken iemand die mee wil bouwen: aan onze werven én aan ons bedrijf. De rechterhand van de zaakvoerder voor alles wat op de werf en in het magazijn gebeurt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt de montages en monteert mee. Kleine werven leid je zelf. Op grote werven stuur je de ploeg aan, samen met de ploegleider van onze montagepartner.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit: je meet, je controleert met de laser en je zorgt dat alles recht, veilig en volgens plan staat.
  • Je gaat op werfbezoek: kijken en opmeten voor een project start, en de werf opvolgen.
  • Je stuurt de mensen aan op de werf en in het magazijn: onze montagepartners en onze flexibele medewerkers, die bijspringen als er werk is.
  • Tussen de werven door help je in ons magazijn: laden, lossen en bestellingen klaarzetten, of ze nu verstuurd, afgehaald of gemonteerd worden.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je bent een echte handige Harry: je bouwt, sleutelt en monteert graag, op het werk of thuis.
  • Je leest een plan en je meet nauwkeurig, ook met een laser. "Ongeveer recht" bestaat voor jou niet.
  • Ervaring met de montage van metaal- of staalconstructies (steigers, staalbouw, poorten, platformen, machines …) is een grote plus.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Rijbewijs B is nodig, BE is een plus.
  • Je woont in de regio Aalst – Ninove.

Wie past bij ons?

  • Je werkt even graag alleen als in een ploeg. Alleen op een kleine werf? Geen probleem. Met een ploeg van zes? Dan neem jij het voortouw en zeg je duidelijk wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je wil leiden én meewerken. Je geeft het voorbeeld en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je ziet werk liggen en brengt orde waar die ontbreekt.
  • Loopt er iets mis, dan blijf je rustig en zoek je een oplossing.
  • Afspraak is afspraak.
  • Gezond boerenverstand gaat bij jou voor theorie.
