Sinds kort maakt Aelterman deel uit van de Artes Group. Hun decennialange expertise maakt hen een absolute kampioen in de staalbouw wat een perfecte aanvulling is bij de speelvelden van Artes. Aelterman is gespecialiseerd in de productie en montage van stalen bruggen, sluisdeuren, kraanonderdelen en aanverwante gelaste constructies in het binnen- en buitenland.

Locatie: Viaduct Vilvoorde R0

Jouw speelveld:

Als Montageleider voor het project Viaduct Vilvoorde, ben je een cruciaal onderdeel van één van de meest grootschalige staalbouwprojecten in België. Naast het unieke karakter van het project, komt er een serieuze complexiteit bij kijken. Maar liefst 5.000 ton aan staalversterkingen dienen te worden aangebracht aan de hoofddraadconstructie. Dit is echter maar een klein onderdeel van de andere 50.000 individuele versterkingen die te monteren en af te lassen zijn doorheen het volledige viaduct.

Om deze staalwerkzaamheden te realiseren, wordt het project onderverdeeld in verschillende werfzones. Deze zijn onderling afhankelijk van elkaar en verplaatsen naargelang de werf vordert.

Hierbij alvast een kleine greep uit hoe jij hierin een cruciale schakel bent:

  • Organisatorisch hou je het overzicht over je eigen werfzone en hou je hierbij rekening met de werkzaamheden van de naastliggende werfzones;
  • Duidelijke communicatie en aansturing van jouw werfteam is hierbij een must;
  • Samen met de projectleiding ben je tevens het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever, de partners en de inspecteurs van jouw werfzone;
  • Voor jouw eigen werfzone voorzie je voor zowel onze eigen arbeiders als de onderaannemers voor een concrete taakverdeling en een correcte aansturing;
  • Tot slot hou je ten allen tijde rekening met de veiligheid van onze mensen. Hierbij leef je de nodige veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften na en ben je hét voorbeeld voor jouw team.

Jouw toolbox:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding richting Bouw of Mechanica achter de rug.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je hanteert een vlotte communicatiestijl en kan je daarbij vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en het Nederlands
  • Indrukwekkende, complexe staalbouwkundige projecten concretiseren en realiseren geeft jou energie.
  • Je bent een flexibele doorzetter met sterke people skills die je gebruikt om je collega’s dagdagelijks te enthousiasmeren.
