The posting

Als Montageleider Werktuigbouwkunde geef je leiding aan leidinggevend monteurs, monteurs en assistent monteurs die werken aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, gereedschappen en andere middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en regelt de benodigde faciliteiten op de projectlocatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider op het gebied van uitvoering en planning en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor een positief financieel resultaat. Daarnaast stimuleer je een goede samenwerking binnen het team en ondersteun je monteurs in hun ontwikkeling. Je werkt voornamelijk op de bouwplaats en het kan voorkomen dat je in de kost gaat.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Leidinggeven aan leidinggevend monteurs, monteurs en assistent monteurs

- Organiseren en beheren van de aan- en afvoer van materiaal, gereedschap en andere middelen om de voortgang en kwaliteit te waarborgen

- Beoordelen van afwijkingen aan installaties en bepalen welke maatregelen nodig zijn

- Bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen

- Samen met de projectleider opstellen en beheren van de montageplanning en deze voorleggen aan de planner

- Verzamelen en controleren van weekstaten en deze doorsturen naar de administratie

- Coördineren en bewaken van de kwaliteit en onderaannemers en derden

- Uitvoeren van tussen- en eindcontroles op de werkzaamheden

- Aanleveren van alle revisiestukken

- Up-to-date houden van je vakkennis

- Minimaal een afgeronde Mbo-4 opleiding, aangevuld met vakgerichte opleidingen en specialistische cursussen en trainingen

- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

- Bij aanvang een VCA-VOL certificaat

Daarnaast ben je klantgericht, stressbestendig en heb je een flexibele instelling.
