Stadler gehört zu Voith Industrial Services und ist für den Vertrieb und die Durchführung von Wartungsdienstleistungen für Schienenfahrzeuge im öffentlichen Nahverkehr zuständig. Stadler betreut die Wartung der neuen Züge von Arriva Passenger Transport Netherlands.

Montagemechaniker(m/w/d) in Venlo gesucht

Die Stelle umfasst die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten (einschließlich Schadensbehebung) sowie Umbauten an Zügen und/oder Straßenbahnen, um die im Vertrag mit dem Kunden sowie in Übereinstimmung mit Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen geforderte Einsatzfähigkeit zu gewährleisten.

Haupttätigkeiten / Verantwortlichkeiten :

• Durchführung von Umbauarbeiten an elektrischen/mechatronischen Systemen in/an/an Fahrzeugen.

• Durchführung von Funktionstests, Software-Installationen und elektrischen Messungen gemäß Anweisung.

• Treffen der erforderlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.

• Ausführung von Arbeiten gemäß Arbeitsauftrag. In Ausnahmefällen, z. B. bei unvorhergesehenen Arbeiten während der Wartung, erstellt der Techniker selbstständig einen Arbeitsauftrag im System.

• Verwendung der korrekten Werkzeuge und Ersatzteile.

• Datenpflege und Dokumentation der Arbeitsaufträge gemäß Anweisung, einschließlich Abhaken der Arbeitspakete und Zeiterfassung.

• Überprüfung der Arbeit von Kollegen (Vier-Augen-Prinzip).

• Führung der korrekten Dokumentation: Arbeitsstunden, verwendete Teile und durchgeführte Tätigkeiten.

• Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz.

• Alle Regeln und Vorschriften in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz sind einzuhalten, insbesondere bei der Entsorgung umweltsensibler Stoffe.

• Sorgt für die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung, beispielsweise bei Gewährleistungsansprüchen.

• Prüft vor Arbeitsbeginn die Vollständigkeit und den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Arbeitsunterlagen.

• Beteiligt sich an der Arbeitsbesprechung und bringt Verbesserungsvorschläge ein, die sich aus der Praxis ergeben.

• Übergabe der Aufgaben an einen Kollegen/eine Kollegin am Ende der Schicht.

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung beispielsweise in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Installationstechnik.

• Relevante Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrischer und idealerweise auch elektronischer Geräte.

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Montagetechniker/in.

• Erfahrung mit Softwaretools von Vorteil.

• Freude am Wissensaustausch.

• Sicherer Umgang mit Computersystemen.
