Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je monteert aluminium gevelelementen die vooraf in de werkplaats zijn gemaakt. Die zet jij samen op locatie. Je werkt altijd met een collega, in een vast team. Het zijn complete gevels van gebouwen, o.a. Strakke kozijnen, mooie schuifpuien die netjes worden afgewerkt. Je houdt je o.a. Bezig met: - Lezen van werktekeningen - Monteren van aluminium ramen, deuren en gevels - Werken met professioneel gereedschap - Afstemmen met projectleiders en collega's op de bouw

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt te werken bij een middelgroot productiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in aluminium vliesgevels, ramen en deuren. Alles wordt in eigen huis ontworpen, gemaakt én gemonteerd. Van werkplaats tot bouwplaats: het hele proces ligt in eigen handen. De productie gebeurt in Hoogeveen. Daar werk je met vakmensen in een team dat weet wat aanpakken is. Geen gedoe. Gewoon goed werk leveren en zorgen dat alles klopt. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een goed salaris tussen de €2.800 en €3.500 bruto per maand - Werken in een klein, vast team - Afwisselende projecten (geen massa, altijd maatwerk) - Alles goed geregeld qua gereedschap, vervoer en materialen - Kansen om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen

Jouw kwaliteiten Waar we naar op zoek zijn - Kan werktekeningen lezen (of bereid te leren) - Technisch inzicht - Ervaring in de bouw of met aluminium/metaal - Je werkt secuur en houdt van aanpakken
