Steinmetzbetrieb für Natur- & Kunststeinprodukte, Altenmarkt im Pongau 1 Montagemitarbeiter (m/w/d) Steinmetzbetrieb Du montierst die im eigenen Betrieb gefertigten Natur- und Kunststeinprodukte direkt beim Kunden bzw. auf der Baustelle, dazu zählen unter anderem Küchenarbeitsplatten, Bäder, Stiegen und Stufen, Fassaden, Böden sowie Innenausbau- und Hotelprojekte. Du arbeitest im Team mit insgesamt vier Kollegen in der Montage und siehst dein fertiges Arbeitsergebnis direkt beim Kunden. Statt monotoner Serienfertigung erwarten dich unterschiedliche Baustellen und individuelle Projekte, überwiegend im regionalen Umfeld von rund 70 bis 100 km rund um den Betrieb, Auswärtsübernachtungen kommen nur vereinzelt vor.

Eine abgeschlossene Steinmetz-Ausbildung oder Natursteinerfahrung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, Quereinsteiger_innen aus einem verwandten handwerklichen Bereich werden angelernt.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 45 Std./Woche, Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Freitag 07:00 bis 12:00 Uhr (Freitagnachmittag frei), zzgl. ca. 4 Überstunden/Woche

Vergütung: € 3.100 bis € 3.500 brutto, zzgl. Montagezulagen, Diäten und Fahrzeitvergütung (ca. € 100 bis € 200 netto/Monat zusätzlich) sowie Überstundenvergütung (ca. € 18,35 bis € 20,72 brutto/Stunde)

Deine Aufgaben

* Montage der im eigenen Betrieb gefertigten Natur- und Kunststeinprodukte beim Kunden bzw. auf der Baustelle

* Küchenarbeitsplatten, Bäder, Stiegen/Stufen, Fassaden, Böden sowie Innenausbau- und Hotelprojekte

Dein Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend (für Kundenkontakt auf der Baustelle)

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Reise-/Montagebereitschaft

* Abgeschlossene Steinmetz-Ausbildung bzw. Natursteinerfahrung von Vorteil

* Alternativ Ausbildung als Montagetischler, Küchenmonteur, Tischler, Fliesenleger, Bodenleger, Glaser, Fassadenmonteur, Zimmerer oder Metallbauer/Schlosser von Vorteil
