Elke machine is anders waardoor geen dag of week hetzelfde zal zijn. Samen met jouw team volg je de specificaties, beoordeel je de tekeningen, werkmethodes en volgorde van de opbouw. Je houdt je bezig met monteren, assembleren, afstellen, hydraulisch werk, pneumatisch werk en hijswerkzaamheden. Werken met grote machines, vaak ook op hoogte, maakt jou enthousiast. Bij Weir kom je terecht in een no-nonsense cultuur met altijd ruimte voor een grap en een praatje. Verantwoordelijkheden Onder andere: - Je beoordeelt samen met je team de tekeningen, stuklijsten en montagevoorschriften; - Je stelt vast of benodigde materialen en gegevens beschikbaar zijn; - Het organiseren van ontbrekende zaken en zo nodig oplossen van onduidelijkheden; - Samen met jouw team assembleer je de componenten en bouw je modules en complete machines op; - Je lijnt motoren uit en brengt leidingen en kleppen aan voor pneumatiek en hydrauliek; - Het uitvoeren van fit- en tap werkzaamheden; - Aanpassen, wijzigen en verbeteren van onze machines na de testfase; - Instrueren nieuwe medewerkers en/of inleenkrachten; - Demonteren en transport klaar maken van de modules; - Je daagt ons uit door met verbetervoorstellen te komen.
