Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Hamont-Achel, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige metaalconstructies en technische assemblages, zijn wij op zoek naar een Monteur / Samensteller. Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het bouwen van kwalitatieve eindproducten? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw functie

Als Monteur / Samensteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren en afwerken van technische producten volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen en werkinstructies.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Controleren van de productieplanning en nagaan of alle benodigde onderdelen en componenten beschikbaar zijn.
  • Monteren van componenten, onderdelen en halffabricaten volgens technische plannen en werkinstructies.
  • Toepassen van verschillende montagetechnieken, waaronder schroefverbindingen en laswerken.
  • Uitvoeren van functionele testen en controles op afgewerkte producten.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine productieproblemen of technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines en installaties.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van assemblages en eindproducten.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, veilige en efficiënte werkplek.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt relevante technische ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen en/of mechanische montage is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt graag volgens duidelijke procedures.
