Als Chef Monteur Luchtkanalen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een montageteam en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Je leest technische tekeningen, organiseert de werkzaamheden op locatie en bepaalt de bevestigingspunten van de luchtkanalen. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat en ondersteun je collega's bij technische vraagstukken. Binnen deze functie in Barneveld combineer je jouw technische kennis met leidinggevende vaardigheden en zorg je ervoor dat iedere montageklus succesvol wordt afgerond. Als Chef Monteur Luchtkanalen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs op locatie; - Het lezen en uitvoeren van technische tekeningen; - Het organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Het inmeten van bevestigingspunten en controleren van de montagekwaliteit; - Het oplossen van technische uitdagingen en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten.
