Onze services bestaan uit onderhoud, reparatie en revisie van industriële installaties. Denk aan mechanical seals, pompen en afsluiters. Je krijgt als monteur rotating bij ons prima arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Een uitstekend salaris tussen de €3000,00 en €4200,00 per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek. Afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring - Een fulltime baan met uitzicht op vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen - Flexibiliteit in werktijden Wat ga je doen? Als monteur rotating begint je werkdag rond 07.30 uur met een kort overleg. Samen met je collega's bespreek je de planning en de veiligheidsinstructies. Vandaag staat er een revisie van een pomp gepland in de werkplaats en later een onderhoudsbezoek bij een klant. In de werkplaats start je als monteur rotating met de demontage. Je controleert de onderdelen, vervangt versleten lagers en dichtingen, en zorgt dat alles volgens specificatie wordt opgebouwd. Je werkt nauwkeurig want elke afwijking kan later voor problemen zorgen. Zodra de pomp weer in elkaar zit, wordt deze getest en vrijgegeven voor gebruik. Na de lunch stap je in de bedrijfsbus richting de klant. Daar voer je onderhoud uit aan een mixer die onregelmatig draait. Je controleert de uitlijning, vervangt een seal en noteert alle bevindingen in het servicerapport. Regelmatig heb je contact met de klant om uit te leggen wat er is gedaan en wat ze kunnen verwachten. Aan het einde van de dag rapporteer je je werkzaamheden, ruim je je werkplek op en bespreek je eventuele bijzonderheden met de werkvoorbereider. Zo weet het team precies wat er speelt en wat er de volgende dag opgepakt moet worden. Als monteur rotating is het afwisselend werk, soms in de werkplaats, soms op locatie.
