Jij komt binnen, analyseert het probleem en zorgt dat alles weer draait. Als monteur werk je op locatie bij klanten en in de werkplaats. Jij bent degene die storingen opspoort, analyseert en oplost. Je werkt met verschillende draaiende onderdelen zoals ventilatoren, motoren, generatoren en tandwielkasten. Daarbij gebruik je moderne meetapparatuur zoals trillingsanalyse en balanceerapparatuur. Met jouw kennis van elektrotechniek en techniek pak je problemen snel en doeltreffend aan. Naast het oplossen van storingen voer je ook revisiewerkzaamheden uit. Daarmee voorkom je stilstand en zorg je dat installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Na elke klus leg je jouw bevindingen vast in een duidelijke rapportage. Wat je concreet gaat doen: - Storingen analyseren en oplossen aan industriële installaties - Revisiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren aan motoren, ventilatoren en tandwielkasten - Metingen uitvoeren met trillingsanalyse en balanceerapparatuur - Technische inspecties uitvoeren binnen systemen van Mechatronica - Rapportages maken van onderhoud, diagnose en werkzaamheden Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Binnen het team van specialisten wordt kennis gedeeld en helpen collega's elkaar waar nodig. Je werkt volgens een duidelijk werkschema in dagdienst (Ma-vr). Overuren worden netjes geregeld en daarnaast ontvang je natuurlijk vakantiegeld. Functie eisen Jij bent een techneut die graag problemen oplost en energie krijgt van techniek.
