Met productielocaties in Nederland, Oostenrijk en Turkije is onze opdrachtgever één van de grootste aanbieders op de Europese markt. Ze leveren de producten onder private label en onder het eigen merk. Functie Wat ga je doen als Monteur? Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch goed functioneren van het machinepark. De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op mechanisch onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen. Je werkt samen met collega-monteurs en operators om ervoor te zorgen dat de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk blijft draaien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties. - Oplossen van mechanische storingen en uitvoeren van reparaties. - Monteren, demonteren en vervangen van mechanische componenten. - Uitvoeren van inspecties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Meedenken over structurele oplossingen om storingen te voorkomen. - Samenwerken met operators en collega's binnen de technische dienst. - Ondersteunen bij elektrotechnische werkzaamheden wanneer jouw kennis dit toelaat. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke monteur die graag praktisch bezig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het machinepark. - Een technische opleiding op mbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring als monteur binnen een industriële omgeving. - Goede mechanische kennis en ervaring met storingen en onderhoud. - Je bent bereid om in 3-ploegen te werken. - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler. - Elektrotechnische kennis is een pré, bijvoorbeeld een NEN 3140-certificaat. - Je denkt in oplossingen en werkt veilig en nauwkeurig....
