Monteur HVAC: Jouw Taken

Als monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

* Monteren en assembleren van industriële ventilatoren in het atelier.

* Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om de afwerking van de ventilatoren te garanderen.

* Samenwerken met het team om de productiedoelen te halen.

* Toepassen van veiligheidsprotocollen tijdens alle werkzaamheden.

* Bijhouden van documentatie en rapporteren van eventuele afwijkingen.

* Flexibel zijn in taken en bereid om te leren en te groeien binnen de functie.

* Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van processen en producten.

* Handhaven van een schone en georganiseerde werkplek.

Daarnaast draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening door feedback te geven over materialen en gereedschappen. Je werkt nauw samen met het technische team om innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren en de efficiëntie van onze processen te verhogen. Veiligheid staat voorop, dus je volgt strikt alle veiligheidsprotocollen en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de voorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van alle nodige documentatie en het bijwerken van onze systemen met de laatste onderhoudsgegevens. Zorg voor optimale werking van de systemen en bied uitstekende service en advies aan onze klanten.

Om succesvol te zijn in de rol van Monteur Samenbouwer Ventilatoren, zijn er een aantal specifieke kwalificaties en eigenschappen die van cruciaal belang zijn. Hieronder vind je een uitgebreide beschrijving van wat we van jou verwachten:

• Technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring: Het is essentieel dat je een solide technische opleiding hebt genoten of relevante werkervaring hebt, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie. Deze achtergrond zorgt ervoor dat je de fundamentele kennis hebt om complexe ventilatoren te begrijpen en te onderhouden.

• Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamspeler: In deze functie zal je vaak zelfstandig werken, maar ook nauw samenwerken met het team. Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en proactief oplossingen te zoeken, is daarom van groot belang.

• Technisch inzicht en handig met gereedschap: Je moet technisch onderlegd zijn en handig zijn met verschillende soorten gereedschap. Dit stelt je in staat om efficiënt en nauwkeurig te werken.

• Kunnen werken met een vorklift en reachtruck of bereid zijn een opleiding te volgen: Het is belangrijk dat je ervaring hebt met het werken met een vorklift en reachtruck, of dat je bereid bent om een opleiding te volgen om deze vaardigheden te verwerven.

• Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht werken: Je moet nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust zijn, en een oplossingsgerichte werkhouding hebben. Dit stelt je in staat om efficiënt om te gaan met de dagelijkse taken en uitdagingen.

• Je begrijpt en spreekt Nederlands en bent fysiek in goede conditie: Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is essentieel voor communicatie met het team en klanten. Daarnaast moet je fysiek in goede conditie zijn om de fysieke eisen van de functie aan te kunnen.

• Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt: Hoewel niet verplicht, is ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie een sterk pluspunt. Dit geeft aan dat je al bekend bent met de uitdagingen en verantwoordelijkheden die komen kijken bij het werken als monteur ventilatoren. Ervaring stelt je in staat om direct een bijdrage te leveren aan ons team.
