Als monteur in de beveiligingstechniek ben je voornamelijk bezig met het installeren en onderhouden van diverse beveiligings- en communicatiesystemen. Denk hierbij aan brandmeldsystemen, toegangscontrolesystemen en complexe camerasystemen. De volledige installatie wordt zelfstandig of samen met een ervaren monteur uitgevoerd, van het leggen van bekabeling tot het aanpassen van de programmatuur. Hierbij is het belangrijk om constante te streven naar kwaliteit en professionaliteit, om ervoor te zorgen dat elke installatie en onderhoudsbeurt voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden. Deze werkzaamheden worden onder andere verricht bij klanten in de gezondheidszorg en andere sectoren binnen de utiliteit. Hierdoor is goede communicatie essentieel, evenals een klantgerichte, servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en functionaliteit van de systemen, wat bijdraagt aan de gemoedsrust van de klanten. Naast het technische en servicegerichte werk fungeer je ook als eerste aanspreekpunt voor adviezen en aanwijzingen met betrekking tot de systemen. Klanten vertrouwen op jouw expertise voor het optimaliseren van hun beveiligingsoplossingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van verbeteringen en het voorstellen van vernieuwingen die de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de systemen verhogen.
