Dan is deze functie als Monteur Staalbouw misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging. Geen repetitief bandwerk of dagen achter een bureau, maar een afwisselende technische job waarin je samen met een hecht team meewerkt aan industriële staalconstructies. Elke dag zie je letterlijk het resultaat van jouw werk groeien.

Als monteur staalbouw vertrek je dagelijks samen met je collega's naar verschillende industriële werven. Daar bouw je mee aan grote staalconstructies voor uiteenlopende projecten. Je werkt zowel binnen als buiten en krijgt de kans om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Monteren en plaatsen van staal- en metaalconstructies.
  • Positioneren en assembleren van constructieonderdelen.
  • Werken met hijsmateriaal zoals takels, kettingen en hijsbanden.
  • Veilig samenwerken met collega's om projecten kwalitatief af te werken.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werf.
  • Dankzij de grote variatie in projecten blijft je job uitdagend en leer je voortdurend nieuwe technieken bij.
  • Je bent een praktische doener die graag actief bezig is en voldoening haalt uit zichtbaar resultaat.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of wil dit graag verder ontwikkelen.
  • Buiten werken en werken op hoogte schrikken jou niet af.
  • Je bent fysiek graag actief en houdt van afwisseling.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (rijbewijs C is een pluspunt).

Ervaring in staalbouw of montage, planlezen of werken met een heftruck of hoogtewerker is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Motivatie, inzet en leergierigheid zijn veel belangrijker. Dankzij een uitgebreide interne opleiding krijg je alle kansen om het vak verder onder de knie te krijgen.
