Samen met ervaren monteurs ga je op pad en leer je het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf geleidelijk tot een allround installatie- of servicemonteur. Geen werkdag is hetzelfde. De ene keer werk je mee aan het installeren of onderhouden van een warmtepomp of cv-installatie, de andere keer help je bij een brandmeldsysteem of zorg je dat een verwarmingsinstallatie weer optimaal draait. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt actief mee met klanten en houdt je administratie goed bij. Kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid vormen de basis van jouw werk. Werken aan comfort én jouw toekomst Je draagt direct bij aan een veilige en comfortabele leefomgeving voor anderen. Tegelijkertijd investeer je in je eigen ontwikkeling. Binnen deze organisatie staat vakmanschap centraal, maar jouw groei minstens zo veel. Via de interne Academy volg je praktijkgerichte opleidingen, aangevuld met theorielessen bij erkende ROC's. Je leert vooral door te doen: drie dagen per week praktijk en één tot twee dagen theorie. En goed om te weten: ook op je lesdagen ontvang je gewoon salaris.
