Onze klant herstelt en vervangt autoruiten in heel België en Luxemburg, met tientallen servicepunten verspreid over het land. Ze zorgen ervoor dat mensen snel en veilig weer de baan op kunnen. Alles is goed geregeld: van planning tot levering van de juiste ruiten, dankzij een modern magazijn en duidelijke systemen. Werken bij deze klant betekent deel uitmaken van een hecht team, waar je jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en een goede sfeer staan hier centraal.

Jobomschrijving

Je herkent Carglass® zonder twijfel van hun reclame als de hersteller of vervanger van allerlei autoruiten over heel België en Luxemburg. Carglass® behoort tot de Belron® groep en is het grootste bedrijf ter wereld op het gebied van vervangingen en herstellingen van autoruiten.

Bij je opstart als monteur bij Carglass® krijg je eerst een opleiding on the job, waarna jij verantwoordelijk bent voor een correcte herstelling en plaatsing van autoruiten.

Samen met je collega-monteurs ben jij het uithangbord voor Carglass® en sta jij in rechtstreeks contact met de klanten. Je hebt dus als monteur ook een verzorgd voorkomen aangezien je met hun de tevredenheid over de geleverde service na gaat.

  • Geldig rijbewijs B en eigen wagen
  • Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met klantgerichtheid
  • Leergierig, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail
  • Bereidheid voor fysiek zwaar werk en frequente in- en uitstappen
  • Flexibiliteit om 2 zaterdagen per maand te werken (met 1 dag compensatie door de week)
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en proactieve aanpak
