Het gaat om een fulltime functie binnen de werktuigbouwkundige installatietechniek in Krimpen aan den IJssel Introductie Als Chef Monteur Werktuigbouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je houdt overzicht over de planning en personeelsbezetting en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan klimaatinstallaties binnen grote en complexe utiliteitsprojecten. Als leidinggevend monteur stem je de werkzaamheden af met de montageleider, projectleider en andere betrokken partijen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers op de werkvloer; - Bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning en personeelsbezetting; - Toezien op de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie; - Afstemmen met de montageleider, projectleider en betrokken partijen; - Coördineren van de werkzaamheden richting de oplevering;. Deze functie past bij iemand die al leidinggevende ervaring heeft, maar ook bij een ervaren monteur die wil doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende functie.
