Als zelfstandig monteur W-installaties voer je installatiewerkzaamheden uit binnen (zeer) luxe woningbouw in nieuwbouw, verbouw, verduurzaming en renovatie. - Fulltime Wat ga je doen? - Je installeert alle voorkomende werktuigbouwkundige installaties waaronder ventilatie-, centrale verwarmings-, vloerverwarming-, warmtepomp-, koelings-, water-, gas-, vuilwaterafvoer-, hemelwaterafvoer- en sanitair installaties. - Je verricht reparaties en vervangingen uit - Je installeert "onzichtbare" techniek (als fancoilunits, airconditioners, ventilatiepunten) in kasten, meubelmaatwerk en andere technische ruimtes. - Je voert inspecties en controles uit. - Je rapporteert over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als monteur met W-installaties. - Ervaring met (of het willen leren van) aansturing van airconditioning, ventilatie en verwarming is een pré. - Je houdt van afwisseling. - Je bent proactief, meedenkend, werkt netjes en opgeruimd en bent klantgericht. - Je bent communicatief vaardig, goed in overleggen en spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands. - Je werkt hard en denkt vooruit, waarvoor je flexibiliteit terugkrijgt. - Je bent leergierig, creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen in technische uitdagingen en servicegericht. - Je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. - Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B op zak.
