Wil je een stabiele job waar je kan bijleren en elke dag praktisch bezig bent? Heb je ervaring met lassen of wil je jouw technische talent verder ontwikkelen? Dan is dit een mooie kans. Je werkt samen met een ervaren team aan technische constructies op verschillende werven in West-Vlaanderen. Je krijgt de begeleiding die je nodig hebt om je job goed te leren en je collega's staan altijd klaar om je te helpen. Hier telt vooral jouw inzet, motivatie en zin om te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt mee met het monteren van technische constructies op verschillende werven.
  • Je voert elektrode- en HA-laswerken uit.
  • Je werkt volgens technische plannen en krijgt ondersteuning van een ervaren voorman.
  • Je combineert laswerk met montage, waardoor je elke dag afwisselend werk hebt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een stabiele technische onderneming waar mensen de kans krijgen om te groeien. Er wordt gekeken naar wat je kan én wat je nog wil leren. Ervaren collega's begeleiden nieuwe medewerkers zodat je stap voor stap sterker wordt in je job. Binnen het team heerst een open en respectvolle sfeer. Iedereen werkt samen aan hetzelfde doel en helpt elkaar vooruit. Je inzet, motivatie en werkhouding zijn hier minstens even belangrijk als je ervaring.

  • Je hebt ervaring met elektrode- en HA-lassen of wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om zowel te lassen als te monteren.
  • Je bent bereid om op verschillende werven in West-Vlaanderen te werken.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een pluspunt.
