Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met je handen en krijg je energie van afwisseling?

Heb je ervaring met mechanische montage en sleutelen aan technische installaties? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als monteur/service technieker kom je terecht in een team van 6 monteurs. Samen met een collega ga je de baan op naar klanten in West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen en Henegouwen. Je werkt voornamelijk aan transportbanden en mechanische onderdelen. Wanneer er geen interventies of montages gepland zijn, help je mee in het atelier.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Monteren, herstellen en onderhouden van transportbanden en mechanische onderdelen.
  • Werken aan onder andere riemen, trommels en andere onderdelen van transportinstallaties.
  • Mechanische onderdelen monteren, vervangen en correct afregelen.
  • Storingen en defecten opsporen en verhelpen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en testen of de transportband correct en veilig functioneert.
  • Samen met minstens één collega naar klanten vertrekken voor montage of service.
  • Professioneel contact onderhouden met klanten op de werf.
  • Wanneer er geen montage gepland staat, help je mee in het atelier in Kuurne.
  • Meewerken aan het vervaardigen en voorbereiden van transportbanden en mechanische onderdelen.
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig werken volgens de geldende voorschriften.

Je hebt dus een mooie combinatie van werk op verplaatsing en atelierwerk. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

We zijn op zoek naar een handige en nauwkeurige technieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • Je hebt ervaring met mechanische montage, onderhoud of technisch sleutelwerk.
  • Je hebt bijvoorbeeld gewerkt aan machines, transportbanden of andere mechanische installaties.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent niet bang om je handen vuil te maken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Ervaring als monteur of service technieker is een sterke troef.
  • Je kan professioneel en vlot communiceren met klanten.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om op verschillende locaties te werken.
  • Je bent iemand die weet wanneer er hard gewerkt moet worden, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een aangenaam team.
  • Na je interimperiode ben je bereid om deel te nemen aan de wachtdiensten. Dit is een verplicht onderdeel van de functie.
  • Elektrische kennis is mooi meegenomen, maar is voor deze functie veel minder belangrijk. De focus ligt voornamelijk op mechaniek en montage.
