Monteur Benthuizen €3.000,- / €4.500,- 32/38/40 What's in it for me? Als vrachtwagenmonteur, trailermonteur of automonteur werk je aan verschillende soorten bedrijfswagens en trailers. Je komt terecht in een vast team van ongeveer 8 tot 30 monteurs. De sfeer is nuchter en laagdrempelig, met korte lijnen en een open deur naar iedereen, ook naar de directie. Dat zie je terug in de lange dienstverbanden van veel monteurs. - Een salaris tussen de €3.000,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en papieren - 24 vakantiedagen (+ 13 ADV-dagen) - Werktijden van 08:00 tot 16:20 uur of 08:00 tot 17:00 uur - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Motorvoertuigen- en Tweewielerbedrijf - Jaarlijks cursussen en opleidingen - Doorgroeien richting bijvoorbeeld APK, EV/HV of rijbewijs C/CE Jouw dag Je krijgt een vrachtwagen, lichte bedrijfswagen of trailer binnen en gaat uitzoeken wat er aan de hand is. Je stelt de diagnose, voert onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en vervangt of repareert onderdelen. Als trailermonteur houd je je bezig met onder andere het onderstel, de remmen en andere technische systemen. Wil je meer leren? Dan kun je steeds meer werkzaamheden oppakken richting vrachtwagenmonteur. Je krijgt daarnaast de mogelijkheid om via opleidingen en trainingen je technische kennis verder uit te breiden. Het werk is soms vies, soms puzzelen en soms gewoon flink sleutelen. Maar aan het einde van de dag rijdt er wel weer een voertuig de werkplaats uit dat jij hebt gemaakt. Wie jij bent - Je hebt minimaal een MBO 3-opleiding richting voertuigentechniek of autotechniek afgerond - Je hebt ervaring met sleutelen in één of meerdere van de volgende richtingen: - Vrachtwagenmonteur: ervaring met het onderhouden en repareren van vrachtwagens Social 078 205 30 53
