Je werkt in een klein technisch team en combineert uitvoerend werk met coördinatie. De functie bestaat voor een groot deel uit meewerken op de vloer, aangevuld met planning, afstemming en administratie. Storingen gaan voor onderhoud, maar jij zorgt er ook voor dat preventief onderhoud, documentatie en verbeterpunten niet blijven liggen. De functie is een mooie combinatie van praktijk en coördinatie: ongeveer 60% van je tijd werk je mee op de vloer en 40% besteed je aan planning, afstemming en administratieve opvolging. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Coördineren en meewerken aan preventief en correctief onderhoud van machines en installaties; - Oplossen en voorkomen van storingen; - Begeleiden, ondersteunen en motiveren van 2 collega-monteurs; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in productieprocessen en installaties; - Uitvoeren van reparaties binnen het pand; - Bijhouden van technische documentatie; - Zorgen voor structuur, opvolging en een veilige manier van werken binnen de technische dienst.
