Als Leerling Monteur Ondergrondse Infra bij Siers leer jij hoe je daaraan meewerkt. Je staat niet langs de kant te kijken, maar gaat stap voor stap zelf aan de slag. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je buiten, in je eigen regio, aan projecten die er écht toe doen. Je helpt bij het aanleggen, vervangen en onderhouden van kabels, leidingen en aansluitingen. Zo zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat huishoudens en bedrijven kunnen blijven rekenen op veilige en betrouwbare voorzieningen. Kies jouw richting Bij Siers geloven we dat iedereen zijn eigen talenten en interesses heeft. Daarom kun je binnen ons Leerling Monteur BBL-traject verschillende kanten op. Wil jij werken aan elektra, of liever aan de slag met gas en water of spreekt stadsverwarming jou juist aan? Samen kijken we welke richting het beste bij jou past. Welke keuze je ook maakt: je leert het vak vooral in de praktijk en werkt samen met ervaren collega's die jou stap voor stap begeleiden. Geen diploma's of ervaring? Geen probleem. Via ons eigen opleidingscentrum GO Infra leiden we je op tot gecertificeerd vakman of vakvrouw, terwijl je vanaf dag één salaris ontvangt. Veilig werken staat bij Siers altijd voorop. Daarom leren we je hoe je met gereedschap, materialen, kabels en leidingen werkt en waar je op moet letten. Je start de dag met je team, gaat samen op pad en leert van collega's die het vak kennen. Tijdens je BBL-traject werk je 4 dagen per week mee in de praktijk en ga je 1 dag per week naar school, waar je praktijk- en theorielessen volgt. Je haalt eerst je mbo 2-diploma tot volwaardig monteur, en hebt de mogelijkheid om via een mbo 3-opleiding door te groeien naar voorman. Ondertussen volg je cursussen die je helpen om veilig en steeds zelfstandiger te werken. Wat breng je mee? Je hoeft nog geen ervaren monteu...
