Heb jij een technische achtergrond, werk je graag met je handen en krijg je energie van mechanische montage en precisiewerk?

In de werkplaats bouw je hydraulische cilinders samen aan de hand van technische tekeningen of bestaande modellen. Je werkt met gespecialiseerde gereedschappen en meetapparatuur en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden. Ervaring is belangrijk, maar ook met een stevige technische basis en de juiste motivatie kun je hier veel bijleren.

Functieomschrijving

Als Workshopmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenbouwen en controleren van hydraulische cilinders.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je monteert en stelt hydraulische cilinders samen aan de hand van technische tekeningen of een bestaand model.
  • Je beoordeelt welke onderdelen en materialen nodig zijn voor een correcte samenbouw.
  • Je voert montagewerkzaamheden nauwkeurig en volgens de voorgeschreven werkwijze uit.
  • Je gebruikt verschillende handgereedschappen en gespecialiseerde montageapparatuur.
  • Je werkt met meetgereedschappen en testapparatuur om onderdelen en samenstellingen te controleren.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gereedschappen, materialen en onderdelen correct worden gebruikt en onderhouden.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je denkt mee wanneer je tijdens de montage technische problemen of afwijkingen vaststelt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de werkplaats.
  • Bij dringende herstellingen ben je bereid om, wanneer nodig, extra uren te werken om een bestelling tijdig af te krijgen.

Je beschikt over een A2-diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.Ook relevante ervaring kan een sterke technische opleiding compenseren.Je hebt ervaring met mechanische montagetechnieken.Je kunt technische tekeningen of modellen gebruiken als basis voor je werk.Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.Je kunt overweg met meetgereedschappen en staat open om met testapparatuur te leren werken.Je bent leergierig en wilt je technische kennis verder ontwikkelen.Je bent gemotiveerd, energiek en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.Je bent flexibel en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
