Als montagemedewerker in Gent werk je aan de assemblagelijn van een moderne autofabriek en speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces.

Je krijgt een intensieve opleiding van twee weken en ontvangt vanaf de start een aantrekkelijk loonpakket.

Je krijgt direct een mooi bruto loon €20,95/u (€18,87/u 11% ploegenpremie) aangevuld met maaltijdcheques.

Wij bieden

Een bruto uurloon van €18,87.

Een ploegenpremie van 11%.

Maaltijdcheques van €10 per gewerkte dag.

Een opleidingstraject van twee weken, waarvan de eerste vier dagen in het opleidingscentrum.

Voltijdse tewerkstelling van 39u10 per week in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Toegang tot een bedrijfsrestaurant met voordelige maaltijden.

Opstart met weekcontracten, gevolgd door maandcontracten volgens planning.

Vroege ploeg: Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 05:15 - 13:15 Vrijdag: 05:15 - 12:25

Late ploeg: Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 13:15 - 21:15 Vrijdag: 12:25 - 19:35

Wij vragen

Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands

Je bent beschikbaar voor een aaneensluitende periode van minstens 4 maanden.

Je kan werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Je geraakt zelfstandig op de werkplaats met eigen vervoer of via Max Mobiel.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in assemblage, montage, productie of industriële werkzaamheden.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften correct op.

Je kan een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen.

Het bedrijf

Onze klant is actief in de automobielsector in de regio Gent en bouwt mee aan de mobiliteit van de toekomst.

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar opleiding, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Medewerkers krijgen een grondige opleiding en duidelijke begeleiding tijdens hun inwerkperiode.

Je werkt samen met collega's aan de assemblage van moderne voertuigen.

Je monteert auto-onderdelen volgens technische instructies en zorgt ervoor dat elke handeling correct wordt uitgevoerd.

Tijdens het werk controleer je voortdurend de kwaliteit van je eigen werk en meld je afwijkingen onmiddellijk aan je leidinggevende.

Je werkt aan een productielijn met een hoog werktempo en volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt op.

Vanaf dag vijf van de opleiding ga je aan de slag op de productievloer en bouw je samen met je collega's mee aan kwalitatieve voertuigen.
