Je bent dus geen stagiair, maar werkt op basis van een BBL-arbeidsovereenkomst die gekoppeld is aan jouw opleiding. Onder begeleiding van ervaren monteurs leer je onze machines controleren, onderhouden en repareren. Je volgt daarnaast onderwijs bij jouw mbo-instelling, waarbij leren en werken samen jouw volledige leerweek vormen. Wat ga je doen: Samen met jouw praktijkbegeleider en de andere monteurs ontwikkel je de kennis en vaardigheden die je nodig hebt om zelfstandig aan verhuurmaterieel te werken. - Je controleert teruggebrachte machines op werking, slijtage, schade en veiligheid. - Je voert onder begeleiding periodiek onderhoud en voorkomende reparaties uit. - Je leert elektrische, mechanische en motorische storingen systematisch opsporen. - Je ondersteunt bij het keuren en gebruiksklaar maken van machines voor verhuur. - Je zoekt onderdelen op en helpt bij het verwerken van bestellingen. - Je registreert werkzaamheden en bevindingen volgens de geldende werkafspraken. - Je bespreekt jouw leerdoelen en voortgang regelmatig met de praktijkbegeleider. Ons machinepark bestaat uit uiteenlopende bouwmachines, gereedschappen en technische installaties. Daardoor doe je brede praktijkervaring op met onderhoudstechniek, storingsdiagnose, reparatie en veiligheidscontroles, terwijl je gericht toewerkt naar jouw erkende mbo-diploma.
