- [email protected] - 0174-281981 Monteur Buitendienst bij Prins Maasdijk Als Monteur Buitendienst bij Prins Maasdijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en het keuren van het materieel voor intern transport. Jij gaat met een volledig ingerichte servicewagen op pad om storingen te verhelpen of om onderhoud te plegen aan de machines. Dit kunnen bijvoorbeeld vorkheftrucks, elektrische palletwagens of Kubota dieselmotoren zijn. Meestal werk je alleen, tenzij het om een erg grote klus of machine gaat. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je onderdeel van team Buitendienst. Je werkt samen met twee buitendienstplanners en twaalf monteurs buitendienst. De technieken die je tegenkomt in je werk zijn zeer divers en lopen uiteen van elektrisch, hydrauliek tot mechanisch. In de servicewagen vind je alle tools die je nodig hebt; van software tot gereedschap en van uitleesapparatuur tot handleidingen. Jij gaat: - Samen met de klant het probleem inschatten en meteen een plan van aanpak maken; - Onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren op locatie; - Sparren met collega's via de Service Coördinator of Technical Support wanneer nodig; - Digitaal rapport opmaken en feedback geven aan de klant na elke klus; - Onderdelen bestellen en je uren bijhouden; - Eén keer in de zes weken storingsdienst draaien. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een MTS/MBO-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde (niveau 4); - Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud en reparatie van diesel- en elektrisch-hydraulisch aangedreven machines of voertuigen; - Je communiceert makkelijk en bent sociaal ingesteld; - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken; - Je bent probleemoplossend, initiatiefrijk en klantgericht; - Je hebt een rijbewijs; - Je bent bereid één keer in de zes weken storingsdienst te draaien.
