In deze functie houd je geavanceerde industriële systemen draaiend: je lost storingen op, voert reparaties uit en zet installaties veilig en stabiel terug in bedrijf: vaak zelfstandig, altijd met support op afstand. Waar kom je te werken?Je sluit je aan bij een systeemintegrator in industriële automatisering en motion control. Vanuit een hecht serviceteam bedien je klanten in machinebouw, maakindustrie, infra, food en packaging. Naast engineering en retrofit is service & onderhoud een kernactiviteit: precies waar jij impact maakt bij uiteenlopende klantenlocaties. Wat ga je doen?Je diagnosticeert, repareert en onderhoudt industriële installaties bij klanten op locatie: snel, veilig en doordacht. - Storingen analyseren via HMI/PLC; sensoren, drives en I/O testen en oorzaken gericht oplossen - Correcties/updates uitvoeren (frequentieregelaars, servo's, software-instellingen) en testen volgens LOTO - Preventief onderhoud: inspecties, kalibraties, smeren, uitlijnen en loggen van meetwaarden - Tijdelijke bypasses inzetten waar nodig en daarna structurele oplossingen implementeren - Duidelijke servicerapportages opleveren en operators/TD adviseren om stilstand te voorkomen

Wat vragen wij?Een zelfstandige, representatieve monteur met industrial mindset en gevoel voor besturingstechniek. - Rijbewijs B en een afgeronde MTS/Mbo-4-opleiding (mechatronica/elektro/WTB) - Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsanalyse aan industriële installaties - Affiniteit met besturingstechniek, robotica en mechatronica (hardware & software) - Veiligheidsbewust, nauwkeurig en flexibel; jij bent het visitekaartje bij de klant - Bij voorkeur woonachtig in of nabij Krimpenerwaard/Alblasserwaard (VCA Basis is een pre)
