Als Service Monteur ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je werkt aan geavanceerde industriële vulinstallaties, interne transportsystemen en volledig geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Van robotsystemen en palletiseerders tot etiketteermachines en diverse transportoplossingen – jij zorgt ervoor dat deze complexe systemen optimaal blijven presteren. Je analyseert storingen, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en adviseert klanten over technische verbeteringen. Daarnaast begeleid je inbedrijfstellingen van nieuwe installaties en train je operators ter plaatse in het correct bedienen van de machines. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan complexe productiesystemen bij internationale klanten; - Het analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen; - Het in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe installaties en het optimaliseren van bestaande systemen; - Het adviseren van klanten over technische verbeteringen en mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie; - Het verzorgen van technische trainingen voor operators en onderhoudspersoneel ter plaatse; - Het documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het rapporteren aan de servicecoördinator.

In deze functie krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar Senior Service Monteur of Servicecoördinator. Het bedrijf investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van technische trainingen, certificeringen en specialisaties in specifieke technieken zoals robotica of PLC-besturing. Je wordt gestimuleerd om je kennis te verbreden en mee te denken over innovatieve serviceconcepten.
