Heb jij een sterke technische achtergrond en krijg je energie van het oplossen van complexe storingen? In deze functie combineer je mechanica, elektronica, hydraulica en pneumatica binnen een productieomgeving waar jouw technische kennis echt het verschil maakt. Je werkt met specifieke excentrische en hydraulische persen en leert de machines en matrijzen grondig kennen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk, denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en krijgt de kans om je kennis verder uit te bouwen door opleiding en praktijkervaring.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je monteert en demonteert matrijzen en stelt deze nauwkeurig op verschillende excentrische en hydraulische persen
  • Je stelt de perslijnen in, bedient de machines en bewaakt het productieproces
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en analyseert en verhelpt mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische storingen
  • Je lost non-conformiteiten op en zoekt naar duurzame technische oplossingen
  • Je denkt mee over matrijstechnische verbeteringen en begeleidt collega's waar nodig tijdens het productieproces

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal productiebedrijf waar technische kennis en vakmanschap centraal staan. Je werkt met specifieke machines en krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over het onderhoud, de werking en de verbetering ervan. Er is ruimte om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken onder de knie te krijgen. Je werkt zelfstandig waar het kan en overlegt met collega's waar nodig, binnen een team waar kennis en ervaring gedeeld worden.

  • Je hebt een bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring en enkele jaren ervaring met industrieel onderhoud
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanica en elektronica en hebt kennis van hydraulica, pneumatica en bij voorkeur matrijzen
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen, werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van PLC-systemen zoals Siemens, Pilz of Schneider Electric
