Vanuit de vestiging in Naarden werkt de organisatie gericht aan betrouwbare en veilige installaties en service. De werkwijze is planmatig zodat montages vooraf worden vastgelegd in een plan van aanpak en monteurs altijd voorbereid op locatie komen. De werkzaamheden omvatten het plaatsen en aansluiten van kabelgoten, het trekken van kabels, het installeren van camera's en recorders en het programmeren van systemen inclusief netwerk- en VPN-configuraties zodat systemen op afstand uit te lezen zijn. De organisatie hecht waarde aan kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en reserveert voldoende uren per opdracht om zorgvuldig en conform afspraak te werken. Medewerkers krijgen mogelijkheden om zich te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en de werkgever keert reis- en overuren maandelijks uit.
